Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We currently ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your contact email]. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping is not yet available but is coming soon.
