Thank you for shopping at Visiintel (Pvt) Ltd. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories included, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The following are not eligible: opened/unsealed products (headsets, controllers, keyboards, mice), items damaged by misuse, digital products, and final sale items.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been fulfilled. Once dispatched, the return process applies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
